Sold in two weeks

We called Steven and scheduled in a meeting on the same day. He had a couple of hours and came to the meeting with a whole set of plans. Throughout the process, he's always steps ahead of the game: he was fully aware of the mortgage situation of the powerline close to our property, had all his workers lined up in the roll and noted in our calendar, set the price exactly to our expectations, we were moving with a newborn and he's made all the difference for a smooth transition and clear communication. We left the property on a Saturday morning and he had booked in inspections on the same day and we had offers in that afternoon. He is well prepared, well organised, and easy to communicate. We wouldn't have done it any other way. Thank you Steven!
