After owning a rental property in Jindalee for twelve years, and with retirement approaching, I decided it was time to sell. It is refreshing to find a business delivering on their advice and, in our experience, exceeding clents expecations. We had already made a commitment elsewhere and needed to sell our home quickly to facilitate the move. Steven and Tia provided advice on what was needed and outlined their strategy to help get us there. A week or so of marketing, one open home - house sold with a non conditional contract for a wholesome price. Steven, Tai and others provided professional, friendly, realistic and reassuring advice throughout making the whole selling experience effortless. Definiatley not our first buying and selling experience - but possibly the best.
